At 出海数字营销宝典, privacy is not an afterthought; it is our core feature. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and—most importantly—what we do NOT collect.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not store your campaign data on our servers. When you create a UTM link or a QR code, the process occurs locally within your web browser using JavaScript. The parameters you enter (Source, Medium, Campaign, etc.) remain on your device and are not transmitted to our backend database.

2. Local Storage Usage

To provide features like "Recent Links" (History) and preferred settings (Theme, Language), we use your browser's LocalStorage mechanism.

• What is stored: A list of your recently generated UTM links and UI preferences.
• Control: You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser cache or clicking the "Clear All" button in the History section of our app.

3. AI Features & Data Transmission

If you choose to use the "AI Assistant" feature:

• The text prompt you enter describing your campaign is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing.
• This data is transient and is used solely to generate the UTM suggestion.
• We do not retain or log your prompts on our own servers. However, Google's processing of this data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand general website usage trends (e.g., number of visitors, country of origin, popular pages). This data is anonymized and aggregated. We do not track individual user behavior regarding specific link contents.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
